Cancellation Policy – L4 Lady Creations

We work to ensure quick processing and timely delivery of your orders. To maintain efficiency, please review our cancellation guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order is shipped or handed over to the courier:
  • It cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Issues

L4 Lady Creations reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
  • Product out of stock
  • Payment verification failure
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions
  • Technical issues or system errors

If the company cancels your order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed as follows:
  • Prepaid Orders: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued only as store credit.

Note: No cash refunds are provided.

5. Modification of Orders

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • You may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
